Goods will only be delivered to the retailer’s address. Please contact the company regarding any special requirements. An additional charge for transport costs will apply for deliveries to other addresses. Wooden crates are available at cost. Please contact the company.
The company reserves the right to suspend deliveries should the buyer’s financial circumstances be such as to clearly jeopardise payment. In the case of deferred payments, failure to meet the agreed deadlines entitles the company to demand
immediate payment of the outstanding amount. The cancellation of a confirmed order is valid only if accepted by ALCHYMIA in writing.
All dimensions given in this price list are expressed in centimetres (cm). These dimensions refer to the overall dimensions of the products, including any protrusions. Please note that under no circumstances will upholstered frames be supplied on their own, without the corresponding upholstery. When ordering modular sofa units, you must, where required, specify whether the unit is right-hand (R) or left-hand (L) as viewed from the front of the sofa. This specification applies to chaise longues, dormeuses, end units, corner units, islands and peninsulas.
To improve distribution of linings and fabric cuts, the following means of transport can be chosen. Our means if together with deliveries of upholstered goods
without any transport charge. By express courier, with a charge to be quoted.
Any complaints of any kind must be reported in writing by our direct customer within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Complaints relating to obvious defects or quality faults will result in the repair or replacement of the product deemed defective by us. Any form of compensation for costs or damages that may be associated with this is excluded. We accept no liability for any type of coating carried out using materials supplied by the customer.
The colours shown in the fabric, leather, wood finish and lacquer samples are for illustrative purposes only. By confirming the order, the customer accepts any colour variations. Wood finishes: Wood finishes may undergo colour changes over time due to exposure to light and the natural ageing of the wood itself. When combining or matching different products, uniformity of grain and colour cannot be guaranteed. Fabrics – leathers – hide: Upholstery may vary in shade from one batch to another.
– Dimensions: The dimensions of upholstered parts are subject to normal tolerances over time, determined by the natural settling of the padding. Exposure to direct sunlight alters the colours of both leather and fabric upholstery.
Any fabrics supplied by customers for use in reupholstering our models must be sent carriage paid; otherwise, transport costs will be charged. These fabrics must be marked to indicate the right side and the wrong side, and the top and bottom in the case of patterned fabrics; otherwise, the company accepts no liability for any errors. The yardages indicated in this price list refer to plain fabrics with a width of 140 cm. For fabrics with repeating patterns, please contact the company in advance to confirm the required yardage. If a pre-wash service is requested, the yardage must be increased by 15%. The cost of this service is €30 per linear metre, subject to prior consultation with the company regarding the feasibility of the treatment.
